About Janelle: Janelle understands how difficult it is to ask for help, especially when one is overwhelmed with emotions and negative thoughts. She is caring and dedicated to helping people explore their emotions, overcome their struggles and move forward in life with confidence, strength and renewed hope. She enjoys working with men and women who want to explore the issues that prevent them from enjoying life and relationships. She has a special interest in helping young adults navigate the challenges and transitions that occur during high school, college and early adulthood. Janelle received her Master's Degree from Colorado Christian University and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 13 years' experience. She has provided therapy in a variety of setting including in-home, residential, private practice, school based and college settings, and she brings a wealth of life experience to her counseling, including her experience as a military spouse.

Types of Therapy: Janelle works with adolescents, young adults, and adults in individual therapy and uses a combination of Emotion-Focused, Strength-Based, and Psychodynamic approaches. She integrates cognitive behavior and dialectical behavior skills into therapy as appropriate.
